Travelodge in London are steadily increasing their presence in Central London providing much needed budget accommodation.

Travelodge offer a consistent level of product with none of the frills like room service or a la carte restaurants. Bedrooms are very similar to 3 star purpose built hotels globally.

Reception is 24 hours but don't expect spacious lounges. There will normally be vending machines. The larger, newer sites are installing basic bar/cafe facilities.
Many Travelodge hotels have family rooms available. The kids use a sofa bed.

Saver Room Rates
Saver room rates at Travelodge are one of the accommodation bargains in Central London. Rates are discounted 50-60% or more and start from £19 up to £59.

Travelodge make available an allocation of rooms on an advance purchase basis. The rooms are made available 12 months ahead on a first come first serve basis. You can only purchase these bargains from the Travelodge web site, (banner link below).
Saver room rates you pay in full at the time of purchase, there are no refunds. Size of allocations differ according to season and Travelodge can add further allocations of these bargain rooms at any time after the initial allocation has been sold.
Biggest allocations of rooms tend to be at the Kings Cross hotels. If a new Travelodge opens there is often a big allocation of these rooms for the first few weeks.
