The two hotels are only about 100m apart and offer midrange accommodation near the coach and rail stations in London Victoria.

The Buckingham Palace Road hotel is the closest accommodation to both Victoria coach stations. Just about 50m to the Green Line coach station dominated by Green Line, Megabus and Terravision and directly opposite the National Express Coach Station.

Comfort Inn London Victoria
The hotel is in a surprisingly quiet and residential area considering the proximity of a major rail and coach terminus. About 200m away is a small Sainsburys supermarket at the back of Victoria railway station nearby.

There is a large Sainsburys supermarket about 10 minutes walk away on Wilton Road. Buckingham Palace Road, within 50m has the no 11 bus, one of the main bus routes in London going to Westminster and onto the West End. A 24 hour service is run.

Typical Customer Reviews
Below are some fairly typical reviews from customers that have stayed at the Comfort Inn Victoria. They are independent viewpoints and not necessarily the view of this web site.

Comfort Inn (Buckingham Palace Road) Victoria
"A generally nice hotel with OK facilities and a nice and proper welcome from staff and others. We had a room in the basemenfloor which meant some sound from passing trains for Victoria station, but it wasnt allt that noisy that you would have expected.
Breakfast was continental and perhaps not the most memorable. Here are som improvments in it´s place for the Comfort Inn.
Is situated right in the heart of Buckingham and Westminster which is very conveniant if you plan to walk and travel around central London."

"Stayed for 2 nights for a short sightseeing break with son aged 10. Twin room small with facilities of ensuite shower & toilet, Safe, and TV (but few channels). Free internet access quite a bonus for the PSP. You could tell when the trains went by, (look at the map - don't say you didn't expect to notice the trains) but this did not disturb a comfortable nights sleep. Continental breakfast is plenty for kids. Friendly service from all the staff, even when we returned after checkout later in the day. Handy 2 min walk to local newsagent, 5 min walk to a small main mall on the way to Victoria Station. Try out some of the local restaurants on B Palace Road towards B Palace for good value.

"The twin room we stayed in wasn't big (of course, this being London) but it wasn't tiny neither. It was clean, with a great location, near Victoria Station and close to the main tourist atractions. It also had complimentary breakfast (simple but adequate) and you could make tea in the room.
I only complain about the map in the hotel site: the directions aren't precise and you should not rely on the map to get to the hotel. We came from Victoria Station, which is just a couple of blocks away, but we got seriously lost because the street where the hotel is located has a different name if you come from the Buckingham Road (it's a bridge at that point) and no one knows its name."

Comfort Inn Victoria
"We stayed for one night in the Comfort Inn and found it to be just what we needed. The location was fantastic, a stones throw from Victoria Station. The rooms are quite small and basic but the beds are really comfortable. There were tea and coffee facilties and a hairdryer in the room. The breakfast was continental and spot on, with croissants, toast, cereal even small packets of different cheeses. The reception staff were lovely and it was kept very clean. If you are looking for somewhere for just a couple of nights then this is just the job. The view from our room wasn't exactly fetching - a brick wall, but I didn't go to London to sit looking out of the hotel window so it made no difference.
"

"This small hotel was clean, tidy and extremely affordable. Although the room was small, (a triple) there was sufficient room for three adults in need of an overnight venue. Situated close to Victoria underground and mainline stations, it offers easy access to travel services. Having tried other budget hotels in London, we found this one to be far superior to similar priced establishments. The en-suite bathroom was ample as opposed to other tiny closet-types we have witnessed elsewhere. It was very clean and well presented. We found the staff to be exceptionally friendly and helpful. Although we did not sample the food, we can certainly recommend this hotel to anyone on a low budget, and can find no fault with it.
"

"This hotel is fine for a budget hotel in a good location. The beds are really comfy, some of the rooms are a bit small but generally a good hotel for the money. The lift is pretty small and the breakfast is just the basics but I have stayed a few times and was quite happy with it."
