The Premier Inn London Victoria is a relatively recent arrival on the hotel scene in Victoria. In that short time it has established a very good reputation consistent with the Premier Inn chain in general as a quality 'no frills' hotel chain.

The Premier Inn itself was formerly the Quality Hotel before being refurbished and opened as a Premier Inn in 2009. Like nearly all hotels in the Victoria area this is not a modern purpose built building.
The Premier Inn Victoria is in an excellent position around the back (south) of Victoria Station. The rail and underground stations are almost unmatched in London as a transport hub for getting around and you could easily walk to places like Buckingham Palace and Westminster Abbey within 15 minutes.

There is a full size Sainsburys supermarket in the locality and a good range of restaurants of all types.
As in In all Premier Inn hotels you'll find a restaurant and bar serving breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks and refreshments.
Breakfasts are eat as much as you like buffet style.
Each of the Premier Inn rooms have; a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom, Freeview TV and almost all have WiFi. Shower gel, tea and coffee making facilities and a hair dryer are standard. Powerful showers in all rooms and baths in most.
Family rooms that sleep four are available with cots should you need them.

I stayed at one in Liverpool in 2009, and again at this Victoria location last month (Feb. 2011) and they are lovely hotels at a very reasonable price. After recently staying in an extremely noisy hotel here in the states, I appreciate even more their guarantee of a good night's sleep - and the rooms are very comfortable and soundproof. I like the Victoria area because it is quite easy to get anywhere in London from there, and the neighborhood itself is quiet and peaceful. At most, it is a 5 minute walk from Victoria Station. This Victoria hotel, and the Premier Inn chain in general, are highly recommended. "
"Pros:
- Very clean and quiet, you can't hear the street (which is quiet by itself).
- Very good and comfy bed (though not that big).
- Staff was very helpful. When we arrived we got a room next to the elevator and so we asked to change, and so they changed it with no fuss whatsoever. Very Nice!
- Well located in a nice area, 3 minutes walk to Victoria station. You also have some nice coffes shops and a Sainsbury's supermarket just in the adajcent street.
Cons:
- Room' Windows are fixed and cannot be open, so you can't get outside air no matter what. I hope they'l reconsider chaging that in the future.
- Lack of basic amenities in the room :There were no safe deposit, minibar, iron, pen, paper, sewing kit. In this area, it felt like a 2 star hotel. This is a point which they have to improve.
-Breakfast is not very good, no Vegteables, just eggs & sauseges and cornflakes. Not worth the 8.5 pounds you pay for it. "
"Excellent hotel which is clean and comfortable, friendly staff and excellent location. Also good value for money and clean comfortable modern rooms. Nice size rooms with very large double bed and flat screen tv, /tea/ coffee/hairdryer. we had bath and shower even though it s
less than 5 min walk to tube and victoria station.
Bar food and service was excellent. Nice lounge area and bar area with Tv. Internet available in reception for a small charge and vending machines. All staff very helpful and friendly.

"My wife and I spent 9 days here while in vacation in London and had the best time. It was in a great location, right in the middle of Victoria, with a lot of nice spots to eat, be it pubs or grab and go sandwhich places. It is only a 5 minute walk to the Victoria tube station which was very helpful. It was about a 20-25 minute walk (brisk) to Buckingham Palace.
The interior of the hotel (shared spaces) were a little dated and they had two computers that you could pay to surf the internet (I think it was about 1 pound for 20 minutes).
The rooms were what we expected in London but I actually thought the bathrooms were a little too big (wasted space). All the fixtures in the bathroom were relatively new and each room had A/C controlled by a wall mounted thermostat. My only complaint is there wasn't an iron in the room, there was one for each room which you have to buzz the front desk to get.
We never ate at the hotel so I can't comment on the food but it is located right next to a supermarket which is helpful if you are trying to dine on a budget. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to everyone. The staff was very attentive, the rooms were clean and adequate and it is in a great location. For the price you probably can't beat this place. "
