Street Hotels
Nearly
all hotels close to Oxford Street are on the northern side of Oxford
Street. The largest concentration is at the western end, hotels
around Marble Arch. In the small area between Edgeware Road and
Baker Street there are about 15 hotels, mostly either very large chain
hotels or small
independent budget hotels, though the Best Western Mostyn is a
notable exception.
Typical of the large hotels in this area is the Marriott
Hotel Marble Arch.
