The Hotel Hoppa service H3 runs from Terminals 1,2,3 around every 15 minutes between 05:30 to 23:30
Fare £3 per journey.
Use Heathrow Express to transfer from Terminal 4 to Terminals 1,2,3 (free)

You can also do the same journey free on local buses. There is a bus stop about 100m from the hotel doors. There are many routes but perhaps the best is the 285 route. It is a single deck configuration with space for luggage and easy boarding with luggage. It runs a 24 hour service and runs most of the time about every 10-15 minutes. You can catch it at the Terminal 3 bus station or the Central Bus Station between Terminals 1,2,3.
From Terminal 4 get any of the routes 555/556/557 from the Terminal 4 bus station to opposite the Marriott.
Both services are entirely free.
