Distance to Gatwick: 10 minutes from both terminals

Transfer Frequency: Transfers operate every 15 minutes, starting on the hour, 24 hours a day by courtesy bus.

Security Measures: Closed circuit cameras and regular patrols by staff.

Arrival Procedure: On arrival follow the arrows through the barrier and park your car in the yellow hatched area on your left. Make your way to reception and present your voucher or reference, plus advise of terminal details.

Your key will be tagged and you will be given a receipt. Return to car and leave key in ignition and ensure that the alarm or immobilser are turned off. Then take transfer to airport.

Departure Procedure: Proceed to Airparks bus stop for transfer back to car park. On arrival back at car park, return to reception to collect car keys.

Meet & Greet Procedure: The driver will be at the meeting point at your designated meeting time, and will wait for up to 15 minutes after the meeting time, unless you have phoned the car park in advance of arrival, in which case the driver will be paged and will wait longer if possible.

On your return, you will be then given instructions how to meet driver after exiting customs/baggage..
