The hotel is immediately next to J10A of the M23 motorway,
in the centre of a large island of land created by the access roads.
The grounds of the hotel are extensive, much of it being used for
car parking for those on long term parking deals. There is little
in the immediate vicinity, apart from a new housing estate a short
walk away.
