An extended Edwardian House with 16 rooms and bungalow annexe of 14 rooms. Family run set in half-acre garden. Evening meals are not provided, but guests are invited to use the Conservatory dinning room for 'Take-Away's'

Unlike most of the Gatwick Hotels Gainsborough Lodge offers a complimentary transfer service to and from Gatwick's passenger terminals (though restricted hours) and free wi-fi. The B&B is situated in Horley, a residential town just north of Gatwick with neighbourhood shops, pubs, fast food etc.

Horley has its own train station one station up from Gatwick Airport. There are frequent trains to the nearby major towns of Redhill and Crawley as well as Central London.
