you find the same airport hotel product for less within 7 days of
booking, tell us and we'll match the price or refund the difference.
Most
hotels rates are 'allocation' bookings. We take an allocation of
hotel rooms for each night from every hotel at Gatwick which we
are committed to fill.
We take the risk of non occupancy, the hotels can offer the lowest
rates on these terms.
As the allocation of rooms are filled, the prices rise. For the
best prices book as early as possible.
The lowest cost rates are precisely that, if you find the same airport
hotel product for less within 7 days of booking, tell us and we'll
match the price or refund the difference.
To secure these low rates you need to pay for your booking in advance.
No refund is made for cancellation of hotel bookings within 24 hours
of the stay date. An administration fee of £15.00 per room
per night applies to all other hotel cancellations, and to amendments
where these result in a reduction in the number of rooms or nights
originally booked.
