The Days Hotel Gatwick is one of the cheapest Gatwick hotels in the Gatwick area with very competitive room prices. The hotel was until recently called The Skylane.

The hotel is situated on the main A23 road in Horley, just north of Gatwick Airport. The Days hotel operates its own airport shuttle service for a nominal charge.

The Days Hotel Gatwick is at the northern edge of the residential town of Horley. Its a fair walk to the town centre where there is an extensive choice of restaurants, pubs and shops, but local buses are available. Closer to the hotel are a few pubs, convenience stores and fast food.

Gatwick Airport Transfers :

The shuttle bus runs to both terminals between 6am and 11.45pm. The journey takes about 10 minutes and the price is £4 for a return journey.

Vicinity Around Days Hotel Gatwick:

The Days Hotel is about 1km north of Horley town centre on the edge of Horley are a cluster of three hotels, (Menzies Chequers Hotel, Days Inn and Cambridge Hotels).

There is little in the immediate vicinity apart from suburban housing. Horley has a very wide range of shops, restauarants, pubs and supermarkets and is about a 15-20 minute walk.

The number 100 bus, (see above) passes all three hotels and passes through Horley town centre on its way to Gatwick, before going onto Crawley.

About 10 minutes walk further south along the main Brighton Road is a small neighbourhood shopping centre. There is a small Tesco supermarket here, plus a Fish & Chip shop, Chinese and Indian take aways.

The largest variety of shops and restaurants by far is in Horley town centre itself, about a 15 minute walk or a short bus ride on the number 100 bus.
