The Travelodge Gatwick Travel Lodge is a standard Travel Lodge belonging to the well known Travelodge budget hotel chain.

The Travelodge Gatwick Travel Lodge is situated just south of the runways, in a small trading estate. (See Gatwick Hotel Map at bottom of page).

When the Travelodge chain are offering their advance purchase 'saver' rates the Travelodge Gatwick is the cheapest hotel at Gatwick Airport.

The Travelodge Gatwick is one of two Travelodge properties at Gatwick. Travelodge Gatwick is just south of Gatwick Airport. Just to the north of Gatwick Airport is the much, much larger Travelodge, the Travelodge Gatwick Central, which at one time was a 4 star Renaissance hotel. Both Travelodge properties have shuttle buses to Gatwick passenger terminals and local buses to the airport from nearby.

A local bus to/from Gatwick Airport stops close by the Travelodge. Going the other way it will take you very quickly into Crawley, a sizable town with shops and restaurants of all types.

Vicinity :

The hotel is about 1 mile south of the main airport on the main road into Crawley. There is little in the immediate area, the hotel is part of a light industrial estate serving the airport.

You can get the local bus that operates until very late into Crawley town centre where there is a wealth of restaurants, pubs and entertainment.
