The
Holiday Inn Heathrow Ariel is one of
three Holiday Inn hotels at Heathrow. The Holiday Inn Heathrow Ariel
is at the north-east corner of the airport on the northern perimeter
road, (Bath Road).
The Ariel has several neighbouring hotels and the airport bowling
alley is next door as well as a McDonalds. Frequent public buses pass
the door to the terminals and to local towns.

Hotels
cannot run their own complementary shuttle buses to the terminals.
Instead a fleet of 'Hoppa Buses', (pictured left) regulated by the airport
authority run on fixed routes, each serving 2 or 3 hotels.

Hoppa services run to Terminals 1,2,3 and Terminal 5 (separate services)
For Terminal 4 go to Central (Terminal 1,2,3), then the Heathrow
Connect train (free). Heathrow Connect trains run every 15 minutes
between Central and Terminal 4.
Buses run about every 15-20 minutes between the hotel and passenger
terminals approximately between 05:15 to 23:00.
Fare £4 per journey per adult (£8 return)
If you have light luggage you can catch the route 105 or 111 bus
from the Central Bus Station between Terminals 1,2,3 to a bus stop
immediately outside the Heathrow Ariel hotel at a fraction of the
cost. The 105 runs a 24x7 service. From Central there are free train
connections to Terminal 4 and Terminal 5 every 15 minutes.
Bus 423 runs from Harlington Corner, opposite the Ariel to Terminal
5 about every 20 minutes and is free.
A night bus (N9) runs past the Holiday Inn Ariel every 20 minutes
throughout the night from the Central Bus Station and Terminal 5.
This runs when the London Underground is closed and goes all the
way to Central London.

win any awards for architecture and is not one of the newest hotels
