The De Salis Hotel Stansted Airport is a recently built hotel on the edge of the airport but away from from the main flight path.

The hotel offers cheap Stansted hotel rooms and is just north of the airport in open countryside within sight of the terminal buildings. The hotels rural setting is hard to believe given its proximity to a major international airport.

The hotel operates its own shuttle bus between Stansted Airport and the hotel, (chargeable). Unlike most hotels at Stansted the shuttle is available round the clock.

The hotel is quite isolated, like most serving Stansted. It has its own popular restaurant serving English and Indian Cuisine.

There is a small charge of £4.50 per person each way. However, discounts are available for bookings of more than 2 people.
