flies from three London airports, Gatwick,
Stansted and Luton. |
Many
destinations are served by at least two of the three London hubs and
it is well worth exploring all the airports fares as the low cost
model often means one airport is substantially cheaper than another
on the same day.
easyJet in terms of numbers flies more low cost passengers into and
out of London's airports than any other airline including Ryanair.
Surprisingly easyJet directly competes with Ryanair on very few routes.
This is partly because easyJet will always land at the most convenient
airport for a city, nearest the city centrewhilst Ryanair will use
the cheapest airport, often many miles from the city centre at the
destination.

Baggage
:
Up to 8 pieces of checked-in hold baggage to a maximum combined weight
of 20kg. A fee per kilo for excess weight is charged at the airport
prior to departure
Hand baggage, one piece max 55x40x20 cm (no weight limit)
Check-In : Check in online is
available to all passengers carrying hand baggage only (strictly limited
to one piece no bigger than 55x40x20 cms)
Latestcheckin = 40 mins before take off
Refunds & Changing flights :
easyJet is a no refund airline. For
an administration fee you can switch flights or change passenger names.
Onward
Flights:
If you have booked an onward flight with easyJet, this represents
a separate contract. Please note that easyJet does not operate a connecting
flight service, where you choose to book such an onward flight this
will be considered to be a separate Journey and therefore you will
need to check-in with your luggage for each journey in accordance
with the check-in requirements below. |
Airport
Transfers London
From all
of London's airports there is a choice of expensive, fast rail transfers
or slower but cheaper buses.
Luton: The railway station is
a few kilometres from the airport at Luton but a free shuttle operates.
First Capital Connect
operate frequent schedules to Kings Cross & London Bridge. The
Green
Line bus makes several stops in London on its way to Victoria
and there is a mini-bus shuttle, easyBus
too direct to Baker Street.
Stansted:
The Stansted Express
offers fast reliable services into London, no less than four
Stansted to London
Coach services
provide more economical alternatives.
Gatwick : There are three rail operators offering Gatwick
to London rail services to several Central London stations. National
Express offer a Gatwick-London
bus alternative. |
