The on-airport official standard long term car park for Terminals 1,3 and 4 are the same Official Long Stay Heathrow. This car-park is at the eastern end of the north runway, in the shadow of the British Airways hangers. Large transfer buses mean it will take typically about 30 minutes from arrival at the car park to terminal check-in. Another car park on the northern boundary of the airport provides the Official Long Stay Terminal 5 car park.

The business car parks now have simplified names. For Terminals 1 and 3 Long Term Business Car Park 1 & 3, (formerly Pink Elephants). Business Car Park 4 formerly Park & Fly Elephants) and Terminal 5 business parks are the business car parks, closest to the relevant passenger terminals and have high frequency transport to get you to check-in quickly.

The cheapest car parks typically used by leisure travellers are the off airport car parks. Many of these will have a price cap above which the price you pay is frozen however long you park your car - particularly useful if you're parking more than 3 weeks.
