The on-airport standard long term car park for Terminals 1,2,3 amd 4 is Parking Express Heathrow. This car-park is at the eastern end of the north runway, in the shadow of the British Airways hangers. Large transfer buses mean it will take typically about 30 minutes from arrival at the car park to terminal check-in. Amother car park on the northern boundary of the airport provides the Terminal 5 long term car park.

Pink Elephant and Park & Fly are physically closer the terminals and use smaller more frequent mini-buses. These car parks are the choice of businessmen in a hurry on trips of a few days.

The cheapest car parks typically used by leisure travellers are the off airport car parks. Many of these will have a price cap above which the price you pay is frozen however long you park your car - particularly useful if you're parking more than 3 weeks.
