Where To Head For In London For Your Stopover
If you are staying overnight then London Victoria or St Pancras are the benchmark district to head for. The London Underground runs direct between Heathrow and St Pancras.
You can also use the London Underground to Victoria or there is a National Express coach that goes Heathrow - Victoria.
The Luton airport rail service departs from St Pancras whilst the bus service goes from Victoria.
Other good alternatives to look at are Paddington and Kensington, both with quite good links to Heathrow but need a small transfer to get to your Luton public transport.

There are left luggage facilities at St Pancras, Paddington and Victoria rail stations and also at Victoria Coach Station.
