Where To Head For In London For Your Stopover
If you are staying overnight then London Victoria or St Pancras are the benchmark districts to head for. The London Underground runs direct between Heathrow and Kings Cross St Pancras.
You can also use the London Underground to Victoria or there is a National Express coach that goes Heathrow - Victoria.
From Stansted there are two coach services that link Stansted with Victoria. From Kings Cross / St Pancras you can quickly get the London Underground to Liverpool Street station where there is a choice of bus or train services to Stansted.

There are left luggage facilities at St Pancras, Paddington, Liverpool Street and Victoria rail stations and also at Victoria Coach Station.
The left luggage office at Victoria coach station is slightly cheaper than at the rail stations.
