easyBus.co.uk offers a low-cost high frequency airport transfers service from London to and from Luton Airport with prices starting from just £2.


easyBus run a joint service with the Green Line Bus service with full size 50 seat buses. The tickets purchased online via the easyBus web site in advance are the lowest fares available, going as low as £2.

The buses are scheduled to run every 15 to 30 minutes depending on the time of the day with stops at Brent Cross, Finchley Road, London Baker Street, Marble Arch and London Victoria, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day except Christmas Day.

The Luton - London bus service for the unaware can be quite confusing. easyBus and Green Line jointly operate the route, previously they competed head to head with separate bus fleets.


Today they both operate a single service, but the actual bus may be in easyBus or Green Line livery. It doesn't matter who you buy tickets from, even though they may have widely different prices, they are both valid on all the liveried buses operating between Luton Airport and London Victoria.

easyBus Luton Airport - Getting The Cheap Fares

Online easyBus fares start at £2 one way. You have to purchase easyBus tickets on-line in advance. You can purchase tickets on the day from Green Line at their prices.

Please note that £2 fares are not available on all departure times and there is a limited number of £2 seats on certain departures. As a very approximate guide you will need to book at least 6 weeks in advance to get a £2 fare.

Pricing follows the low cost airline principle of "the earlier you book the less you pay". There are seats at varying prices.

When all the £2 seats are sold, the £4 seats are sold. When the £4 seats are all sold, then the £6 seats and so on. This means that as seats are sold the price goes up.


The system charges all the passengers in the same booking the same fare. Children (aged 3 and over), students and senior citizens all pay the same fare as adults.

Buying a Ticket On-Line

You cannot purchase easyBus tickets on the day to/from Luton, only on-line in advance.

You can buy tickets from the driver at the Green Line prices listed in the table at the bottom of this page, as you will see these are much more expensive.

Broadly buses run every 20 minutes during the day and every 30 minutes during the night.

Luton Airport

When you come out of the Terminal at Luton, the bus station is right in front of you.

The Green Line / easyBus buses park in the bays furthest to your right. The bright orange bus stop pictured right is hard to miss and there is normally at least one bus parked up waiting for you.

Just remember the buses may be in Green Line or easyBus livery, either bus you can board with an easyBus ticket.


After leaving Luton Airport the bus takes 5 minutes to get on the M1 motorway/freeway which it follows all the way to Central London. The eventual terminus is London Victoria which is on the far side of Central London from Luton Airport. The bus makes several stops in Central London at strategic points which for may people will be more convenient than going all the way to Victoria.

Brent Cross Shopping Centre

At the end of the motorway from Luton in North London. The Pick Up and Drop Off bus stops are situated on the A406 North Circular Road.

•Pick Up is from Bus Stop J1 on the Westbound North Circular Road. Drop Off is at Bus Stop J2 on the Eastbound North Circular Road.

The bus stops are in front of Brent Cross Shopping Centre which you can walk into and where there is a large local bus hub. Brent Cross Underground is a 10 minute walk.

Finchley Road

The Pick up coach stop CL is situated at 233 Finchley Road, NW3 6LS and is near the tube station. Simply turn left when you exit the underground station.

The drop off point is Coach Stop CH almost opposite.

Baker Street

Drop off point is Coach Stop A at 214 Baker Street. Turn right as you get off the bus. Baker Street underground is some 200 meters walking distance

To reach Gloucester Place for the Airport bound bus, take Marylbone exit when you leave Baker Street , turn right , pass Glenworth Street and you will see “Total” petrol station on the corner. At the cross roads you will be standing in front of the Total petrol station. Bus Stops S and 19 are in front of you on the opposite site of the road.

Marble Arch

Marble Arch Pick up point is situated on at Bus Stop 14a , Park Lane towards the monument. If using underground take Park Lane exit.

drop off point is at 128 Park Lane. Marble Arch underground is few minutes walk. Simply turn left as you exit the bus.

Victoria

Victoria underground and rail station are walking distance from the easyBus bus stops. At the station follow the sign for Victoria Coach Station. You will emerge on Buckingham Palace road. Continue walking towards the coach station

Pass Victoria shopping centre. Bus Stop 6 is situated ahead of you and is marked as such. Bus Stop 8 is right next to stop 6. Pick up and drops offs are at the same point.
