Looking at your list I think your best return on your investment would be to look again at these places and really see if they meet your interests.

Many of them listed are free.
For the ones that are not, many of them appear on the railways 2 for 1 promotion. See:

The best discounts for London Eye, Madame Tussaud’s are normally off their official web-site

It worth checking Groupon and lastminute.com for any offers but they will be few and far between now we are coming into the peak visitor season.

      Thanks again.
What about 7 day hobo pass in National express? Is it possible to get on any National express from London and sight see more than one place (out of London) in one day?.
Though I would be following your suggestions, if I have a pass, probably I can travel after 6PM, and stay in a hotel out of London, but with regular tours, I will be back in London by 6PM.

National Express coach services are not suited to one day excursions from London except perhaps Canterbury and Cambridege.

On National Express just look for individual advanced on-line promotional fares, not passes.

The London passes like Travelcards and Oyster are only valid on London’s public transport not National Express coach services or train services outside London

I think you may be underestimating the the distances and time involved.

With regards traveling by rail its normally cheaper to forget the tourist orientated passes and just buy advance purchase promotional tickets.
They normally become available 3 months ahead of departure date

Rail travel is premium priced unless you plan ahead and organise taking advantage of the cheaper fares and is suited to a slower pace of travel.
Please use the train journey planner at the url below for schedules, fares and ticketing:

Most visitors to London for 6 days would spend probably 5 days in London and just take a day tour for one of the six days to some of the places outside London you are listing

I have no knowledge of Keukenhof Gardens in Amsterdam

I saw a few websites like http://www.rabbies.com, http://www.andersontours.co.uk for the tours. Are there any tours arranged by National Express? What is the website I should for their tours?

    • Bob

National Express are a scheduled bus operator, they do not run tours

The main tour operators from London are Evan Evans, Premium Tours, Golden Tours, Anderson Tours and International Friends

is there a one day pass on national express to go to bath, Salisbury, Stonehenge from London?

    • Bob

You could not visit Bath, Salisbury and Stonehenge from London in one day with National Express
You could visit Salisbury and Stonehenge in one day or Bath in one day by train but it would not be much cheaper, if at all than taking one of the tours.
