The Hilton Garden Inn London Heathrow Terminals 2 and 3 opened for business in July 2019.
There are four additional Hilton hotels located around Heathrow. The original Hilton Hotel Heathrow Terminal 4, the Hilton Heathrow Terminal 5, the DoubleTree Hilton Heathrow and the Hilton Garden Inn Heathrow.
Until recently, Terminals 2 and 3 were the only Heathrow terminals that did not have a hotel attached and within walking distance.
The situation shifted with the opening of the Hilton Garden Inn Terminal 2. It had previously appeared that limited space was the primary issue, but a suitable plot was located for this Hilton property, and many of its rooms provide views of the runway. Additionally, the hotel is directly connected to the Queen’s Terminal.
In October 2019, the Aerotel T3 London Heathrow welcomed its first guests. Situated right within Terminal 3, this hotel provides a more budget-friendly option with flexible stays available at hourly rates, though it may not offer the same level of luxury.
The Hilton Garden Inn London Heathrow T2 hotel features a rooftop bar which promises spectacular views over the runway and there is a fitness suite, business centres, meeting space and a restaurant.
For sheer convenience this hotel is very popular, as it removes the transfer required at all other hotels serving the central terminals. Parking is not available at this hotel. Parking is however available at the connecting Terminal 2.
There is also the DoubleTree Hilton Heathrow and the Hilton Garden Inn Heathrow, not to be confused with the new Hilton Garden Inn at Terminal 2. Both hotels are located off-airport and each has Hoppa Bus shuttles to all of Heathrow’s passenger terminals, including Terminals 2 and 3.

Double/Twin Rooms (Standard Rooms, rooms with runway view, family rooms and suites). Accessible rooms with pull-out sofa are also available.

Suites are elegant and benefit from a soaking tub and shower and a Suite Dreams by Serta bed. The separate living area features a seating area with sofa bed.

Hilton Garden Inn London Heathrow Terminal 2 transfers to/from passenger terminals
There are 4 passenger terminals at Heathrow, numbered 2, 3, 4 and 5. Hotels at Heathrow are prohibited from operating their own airport shuttle service between the airport and the hotels.
The standout feature of the Hilton Garden Inn Heathrow T2 hotel is its convenient walking distance to central terminals 2 and 3. If necessary, you can easily catch the shuttle trains to reach the other terminals at Heathrow.

Regulated by the airport authority Hopper Buses operate on designated routes, each serving 2 or 3 Heathrow airport hotels. Hotels have one bus for Terminals 2 & 3, another for Terminals 4 & 5.

Vicinity around Hilton Garden Inn London Heathrow Terminal 2
The Hilton Garden Inn London Heathrow Terminal 2 is next to the central terminals. It is a good location to explore London from as you have access via the terminal to the Underground, Heathrow Express and TfL Rail.
You can be in Paddington in 15 minutes using the Heathrow Express for example. From Paddington you can make the further journey into the centre of London.
Bath Road runs along the northern perimeter of Heathrow Airport and has a range of services and facilities from restaurants to shops. A short cab ride from this hotel will take you here.
You can also visit places like Windsor to explore Windsor Castle and Windsor Legoland which are both within 8 miles. Ascot Racecourse is also a similar distance away.
