Tour Itinerary:

You start your day arriving at Hampton Court Palace early, giving you special access to some courtyards, not open to the public during normal opening hours. During your very own private tour of you will see the palace itself as well as the gardens.


Around mid morning you will head to Stonehenge, the World Heritage Site, where after absorbing the wonder of the ancient megalith, you will have a picnic lunch.

For your last stop of the day, you will head to another World Heritage site - the beautiful Georgian city of Bath.

The morning begins with a private tour of Hampton Court Palace before it opens to the public. An expert State Apartment Warden will give a unique insight to the waking palace taking us through the tranquil gardens and into the courtyards and cloisters of the magnificent Tudor palace once the favourite residence of Henry VIII. 


The private tour for Premium Tours will include some courtyards not accessible to the public during the day as well as the fascinating Tudor Kitchens where Henry’s banquets were prepared.

ancestors' past.




At Stonehenge you will be welcomed by a local expert who will offer fascinating insights into the mysteries of the stones.


After a busy morning filled with history, you will make your way to the Visitors Centre restaurant where you will enjoy a picnic style lunch before heading on to Bath.

Finally you will make your way to the Georgian city of Bath. Bath is a beautiful historic city with delightful crescents, terraces and architecture.


While journeying to Bath, your guide will take you through the main points of the history of this city whose history spans many centuries, from Roman through medieval and later Georgian.

You guide will take you on a short walking tour to show you the highlights, then giving you free time to explore. You might wish to treat yourself to an afternoon tea in one of the many quaint tea houses or in the Pump Rooms while listening to the live classical music.


Bath is most famous for the Roman Baths, founded on Britain's only natural warm spring nearly 2000 years ago. If you would like to visit the Roman Baths, the ticket for this is not included in the price, but you could purchase separately on entering.


Alternatively you might wish to visit Bath Abbey, where pilgrims have visited for hundreds of years, to see the magnificent architecture, or for a moment of quiet contemplation.


Pulteney Bridge - modelled on the Ponte Vecchio in Florence - with the river Avon cascading over the weir, is also a great place to visit.


Other places of interest include the Assembly Rooms built in 1771 and the Jane Austen Centre, a must see for Austen lovers.
