Ibis Hotel Luton Airport

The Ibis Hotel Luton Airport is one of just two hotels on Luton Airport itself. The Ibis Luton Airport is situated directly opposite the other hotel, the Express by Holiday Inn Luton Airport.

The hotel is on the other side of the aircraft apron from the passenger terminal at Luton Airport, separated by a tunnel which goes underneath a taxiway.

There are also buses that ply the short journey to the passenger terminals. These are not complementary hotel shuttles.

Both hotels normally have significantly lower room rates at the weekend than midweek.

It should also be noted that the long term car parking is not at the Ibis Luton itself. Parking is at Airparks, the major off airport car park at Luton or Apcoa who run the on-airport concession. For both of these you use their complementary shuttle buses to travel to and from the airport terminals.

The entire hotel is non-smoking.

The Cafe Saint Martin restaurant, a bar with a terrace, a fax machine and a shoe-shining machine.

The restaurant serves light meals and snacks. The hotel also has a bar with a terrace which is open for drinks 24 hours a day. Breakfast is an English and continental buffet.

Airport Transfers & Parking (Airparks or Apcoa Mid Term Car Park):

There is a choice of packages, one has the parking at Airparks, the major off airport car park. The other is at Luton airports mid term car park, directly opposite the Ibis Luton hotel itself.

If you opt for the Airparks option you drive your car between the Express Holiday Inn Luton and Airparks on the morning of departure.. It operates FREE transfers to and from the Airport Terminal 24 hours a day, 7 days a week around every 20 minutes.

If you opt for the mid term car park option operated by Apcoa this is located opposite the hotel simply checkin at the hotel and then drop off your car at the mid term car park located across the road.

Vicinity :

There is little in the immediate vicinity, only the Express Holiday Inn Hotel opposite. Otherwise the area is just business premises related to the airport. The nearest shops are at the airport, a 10 minute walk away.
