Whether you wish to eat in or dine out the Kensington district has lots of choice for you, wherever your accommodation.

If you are flying into Heathrow, Kensington is the closest hotel district to Heathrow and the London Underground provides a direct link with trains every 5 minutes.
Kensington is also one of the most affluent districts in the UK. At its eastern end is exclusive Knightsbridge with Harrods its most famous landmark.
Hyde Park, London's largest park is in the area also. On the north side of Hyde Park is Bayswater a budget hotel area.
Towards the western end of Kensington is the Gloucester Road and Earls Court area of Kensington. There are 3 large supermarkets in this area, a rarity for Central London.
