For trips of a few days its normally cheaper to book hotel and parking
separate, the cheapest airport hotel being the

by Holiday Inn Hemel Hempstaed off airport.
The deal is that you stay one single night at the designated hotel,
then drive to Airparks a major off-airport car park. You leave your
car here and Airparks transfer you to the airport. On your return
you go back to Airparks and drive away.
If you are away for more than 15 days you pay the normal daily rate

The
two hotels on Luton Airport itself, the Ibis and the Express by
Holiday Inn offer little if any advantages with a hotel and parking
deal.
This is because like all the hotels featured that offer car parking
deals, the car parking component is provided by Airparks, an off
airport car parking specialist on the edge of Luton.
You have to drive to Airparks from/to the hotel, Airparks providing
the passenger terminal transfer from their premises.

The
Express by Holiday Inn Luton Airport is on the approach road to
the passenger terminal. There is a frequent public bus which runs
into the town centre that goes past the front door on its way from
the airport.
Both Express by Holiday Inn include a breakfast in the room rate,
something the majority of airport hotels do not include.
Both Express by Holiday Inn and Travelodge Luton make available
family rooms. These are normal double rooms with additional sofa
beds suitable for small children.
