Disembarkation procedure
There is Meet n Greet at the Southampton cruise terminal on disembarkation where you are directed to the service vehicle parked outside the cruise terminal.
Central London hotel & Heathrow drops
We offer a drop off at any London city centre or Heathrow airport hotel. We also drop at any London city centre train station or Heathrow Airport passenger terminal and AirBnB properties in the centre of London.
Luggage policy
The luggage allowance is 2 large cases per passenger (maximum 23kg per case) plus 2 pieces of hand luggage (max 10kg per case). If you have more than this you must contact our office prior to travel.
We do not carry outsize items (e.g. bicycles) and you MUST inform us in advance if you have a wheelchair, mobility vehicle etc.
We are very interested in your anticipated luggage not from a perspective of hitting you with supplemental excess luggage charges but from the perspective of avoiding not having enough capacity in the luggage hold.
The cap on the number of passengers we book on a bus is driven by a simple equation assuming each passenger will be bringing no more than two large cases.
Booking conditions and payment
In order that we can guarantee your booking, you will need to make payment in full at time of reservation. All cruise transfer/tours are booked are not subject to cancellation charges up to 42 days (6 weeks) prior to the the transfer/tour travel date.
If you are travelling with friends but have separate reservations please advise to avoid the chance you may be allocated separate vehicles.
Private taxi and coach transfers between Southampton & London
Your options for transfers between Southampton cruise ports and London include straight transfers or alternatively private transfers that will take you to your choice of top sightseeing destination.
We have taxi transfers with a sightseeing stopover options as well as direct door to door car and charter coach services.
If your travel party is more than eight passengers or you have more than eight very large cases it is likely a car will not be big enough. We have a range of Southampton mini-bus and charter coach transfer options which are very economical on a price per person basis.
Cruise bus shuttles & tours between Southampton and London
Offering direct transport between your cruise ship and Central London hotels or Heathrow Airport are dedicated cruise buses.
In the Southampton to London direction there are options to visit Salisbury, Stonehenge & Windsor, Bath & Windsor Castle, Cotswolds, Downton locations and country pub lunch and the Warner Bros. Studio Tour when Disney cruise ships are in Southampton.
In the London to Southampton direction there is a choice of a direct shared van service or transfers visiting Stonehenge, Windsor Castle, Winchester Cathedral, or a variety of pre-cruise hotel options.
