The Copthorne Hotel Gatwick is a 4-star country house-style hotel set in 100 acres of tranquil woodlands and gardens, yet only 10 mins from Gatwick Airport. It is on the outskirts of Crawley to which there are local buses.

The 227-bedroom hotel is built around a 16th century farmhouse, but it is very much a modern hotel with well over 200 rooms.

The Copthorne Gatwick Hotel’s health club has a fully equipped gym, squash and tennis courts. Guests can also relax in the steam room, sauna or with a beauty therapy.

Please note there is also a sister hotel similarly named Copthorne Effingham Hotel in the same area of the countryside. (Both hotels share their Gatwick Airport transfer vehicle.) The Cophorne Effingham is more remote in extensive grounds with its own 9 hole golf course.

Gatwick Airport Transfers :

Transfers from the airport to the hotel operate from 5:05am to 8pm every hour on a loop from the hotel to London Gatwick and then to Gatwick south terminal and Gatwick north terminal. To catch the transfer from the airport, go to the hotel shuttle pick-up point.

Transfers to and from the airport are charged at £4.25 per adult, £2.00 per child (ages 6-12) or a family ticket £9.00 (2 adults and 2 children up to the age of 12). Please note that transfer prices are subject to change.
