Express By Holiday Inn Stansted Airport

The Holiday Inn Express Stansted was opened in January 2005 and is the closest hotel to the passenger terminal at Stansted, bar the luxury Radisson Blu Hotel Stansted which is immediately adjacent to the passenger terminal at Stansted.

Unlike most other hotels on the airport, the Express by Holiday Inn includes breakfast in the room rate. Although its one of the closest hotels to the Stansted terminals you still need a vehicle to make the transfer. The Express Holiday Inn at Stansted also runs its own shuttle bus to the terminals.

Although the Express by Holiday Inn Stansted is quite isolated, (like most hotels at Stansted) there is a a McDonalds opposite the hotel and a BP petrol station with a 'Wild Bean Cafe'.

Airport Transfers + Long Term Parking Detail Holiday Inn Express Stansted:

Parking is at the hotel or mid-term car park opposite the hotel.

Transfers are provided by the hotel transfer bus from the hotel which runs every 30 minutes from 4am to 1am. For a transfer from the airport, go to bay 30 outside the terminal. Journey is £2 per person each way, (children under 16 free).

Transfers from the mid-stay car park are by the car paeks own complementary shuttle bus.

Holiday Inn Express Stansted Room Facilities :

Rooms at the Holiday Inn Express Stansted are modern and spacious and have a power shower, tea and coffee making facilities, and an interactive TV system with high speed internet access. Rooms have black-out curtains and double glazing. There are plenty of rooms suitable for families.

Internet - Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms for which there is a charge. Wi-fi is available in public areas and is free of charge.

The bar-lounge has a flat-screen TV and closes at 01:00.

There is nothing in the immediate vicinity apart from the airports mid-term car park, a McDonalds and a petrol station opposite.

The petrol station has a 'Wild Bean Cafe' where baguettes, pastries etc are available and there is a selection of convenience goods available too.
