Hotels near Kings Cross Station in the immediate vicinity of the station always have been and still are dominated by cheap bed and breakfast style small independent hotels. In the last decade a lot of money has been poured into a rejuvenated district culminating in the St Pancras Station redevelopment and arrival of the Eurostar trains transforming the Kings Cross St Pancras area.
