This area south of Victoria Station is dominated by Victoria's cheap bed and breakfast hotels. There is row upon row of 4, 5 or 6 storey Victorian/Georgian terraced houses with which the B&B's reside.

The Victoria district is a pleasant place to stay. The streets where the hotels are, are surprisingly un commercial and spacious. Victoria is very close to the major sights, Buckingham Palace is just a 5 minute walk for example.
Victoria is also one of the best places for transport links. There are direct airport links to all four of London's major airports and train services to Dover and coach services to Southampton for cruise ports.
