There
is a choice of public transport options from Gatwick to the English
Midlands including the main towns of Oxford, Birmingham, Coventry,
Leicester, Nottingham, Derby & Northampton.
National Express coaches run services to most major towns and cities
in the Midlands. The National Express coach network covers nearly
every town and city in England and Wales, so chances are there is
a connecting bus if there is no direct service.
By rail its a complicated process normally with an awkward connection
in Central London involving a cross London journey between rail stations.
There are alternatives on some journeys that by-pass London.
