National Express run around 25 services a day between Gatwick and
Stansted and vice-versa. All coaches are scheduled to have toilets
on board. There is at least one coach an hour between 05:00 and 24:00.
The coaches are long distance coaches and are very comfortable. Most
journeys operate via Heathrow Airport.
A lot of buses will make a couple of other stops between Gatwick and
Stansted in addition to Heathrow. In small towns besides the orbital
motorway that is the route of the coach.
Many coaches may show an ultimate destination beyond the airports
concerned.
Traffic congestion is routine on the orbital motorway used. Travel
during weekdays between about 06:30 and 10:00 and 15:30 and 19:00
will almost certainly experience delays. |
