Day Rooms at London Heathrow Airport are routinely available at several of the hotels at Heathrow. Unfortunately at Heathrow there are only two hotels, one at Terminal 4, one at Terminal 5 that you can walk to from the passenger terminals. These two hotels are also the two most expensive hotels on the airport.
However, all the other hotels use the frequent Heathrow Hoppa buses to connect them with the various terminals at Heathrow. There is no day room accommodation air side, you have to come through customs to access this facility.
The passenger terminals at Heathrow are literally miles apart and the hotels too are widely spread. It pays to check out the relative position of the passenger terminals you are using and the hotels that are offering day rooms, there is a hotel map at the bottom of this page.
