The Courtyard by Marriott Gatwick was newly opened in 2009 and is located within 10 minutes’ walk of the South Terminal. The Marriott also of course offers a regular shuttle bus to the Gatwick passenger terminals.

Long term car parking combined with an overnight stay at the Courtyard by Marriott Gatwick Airport involves you leaving your car at the hotel. While you are away the car is stored in a secure compound.

Returning home, transfer back to the hotel where you car will be waiting for collection.

Courtyard Marriott Terminal Shuttle Bus

It is possible, and many do, to walk to the Courtyard Marriott from the South Terminal. Its a wide path that is well signed and any roads crossed are minor and have slopes so you can wheel your luggage down the kerbs. Only real problem is the route is completely exposed to the elements.

A shuttle bus runs every 20 minutes, starting at 4am until midnight and is charged at £3 per person each way. Children under 12 travel free.
