Our full day tour of the Cotswolds begins in Burford, where the magnificent High Street, which slopes down to the River Windrush, holds every variety of Cotswold stone. There will be time to visit the small tea houses before heading south to picturesque Bibury.

Lunch beckons and what better way to satisfy your hunger than with a fabulous two course lunch in the heart of the Cotswolds at the Swan Hotel!

The restaurant is located in Bibury overlooking the River Coln that was once described as the prettiest village in Britain by William Morris. The 17th century former coaching Inn serves a fabulous range of traditional cooking, ales and fine wines.

The afternoon is spent exploring Burton-on-the-water in the north of the Cotswolds, one of the most beautiful villages in the region.

Then we head to delightful Stratford where we will take a small walk through the city centre passing Shakespeare's Birthplace.
Finally we head to New Place, Shakespeare's last home, where we will enjoy strawberry scones and refreshments in the Elizabethan Knot Gardens,
