Nearly all the Bed and Breakfast hotels at Kings Cross St Pancras are within a couple of hundred yards of Kings Cross and St Pancras Stations and the intense competition seem to keep a lid on prices and keeping standards high compared with other districts.
Nearly all Bed and Breakfast hotels are small to medium simple cheap hotels with between 15 and 50 rooms. Be not in doubt, these are not homely houses with a couple of rooms rented out by attentive family owners. These are small simple hotels, with none of the frills. Normally no air conditioning or lifts. Cheapest rooms are not ensuite.
