The morning in Liverpool

In the morning you are free to discover at your own pace and time. From the railway station it makes logistical sense to visit Mathew Street (Liverpool's Cavern Quarter) about 10 minutes walk from the railway station where you find The Beatles Shop and Matthew Street Gallery. Opposite is The Cavern Pub (opposite the Cavern Club).

Another 10-minute walk and you are at the Albert Dock, home of the The Beatles Story.

Matthew Street Gallery & Cavern Quarter

Mathew Street is a focal point in The Beatles history. It is home to the musical wall of fame and a tribute statue to John Lennon, focus of visitor’s selfies.

Here you will find the famous Cavern Club where it all started for the Beatles and also the Cavern Pub featuring memorabilia from past performances at The Cavern.

The Beatles Shop

The Beatles Story

The Beatles Shop features an original 1959 jukebox packed full of Beatles singles, and even a Beatles carpet! The shop boasts “The largest range of Beatles gear in the world”.

The shop also has a permanent display of original memorabilia from the sixties.

The Beatles Story

A few minutes' walk is The Beatles Story exhibition at Albert Dock showing the lives and times of John, Paul, George and Ringo, from the band's early days right through to their solo careers.

The Beatles Story is the world's largest permanent exhibition purely devoted to the lives and times of The Beatles.

Afternoon Beatles Magical Mystery Bus Tour

This two hour guided tour takes place on-board the colourful Magical Mystery Tour Bus with an enthusiastic qualified Beatles Guide.

The Magical Mystery Tour ends at the Cavern Club, where you'll receive free entry into the Club and an exclusive souvenir.

Free time in Liverpool

You can take as much or as little time as you like at the Beatles exhibits.
