The SkyShuttle shared bus shuttle is a shared mini-bus service transporting travellers between Heathrow Airport and their Central London Hotel. The service replaced the Dot 2 Dot service that went out of business in November 2009.

You pay a fare per person, whether there is one or four of you. You will share the mini-bus with other travellers.
The driver will drop you off at your Central London hotel in the order which makes most sense given the location of the destination hotels.

Coming back out to the airport, you agree a time slot within which the mini-bus will pick you up from your hotel lobby.

SkyShuttle has staff in every terminal ready to help you with your transfer from Heathrow. If you have pre-booked and your flight is delayed (or arrives early), real-time flight data will alert us and your reservation will be unaffected.

All pre-booked customers are guaranteed a place. The aim is to have you on your way within 30 minutes of checking in for your SkyShuttle service.

Vehicles have seats that are up to 21 inches wide and recline back up to an angle of 30%, comparable to a business class airline seat. Vehicles are custom built Mercedes or Volkswagen buses with full climate control. All vehicles are equipped with advanced route-planning and congestion tracking systems, and receive up-to-the minute flight information.

If you are travelling during the mid week commuting hours their may be substantial delays through traffic congestion. As a result your pick up time for the airport may be earlier than you envisage. To minimize the effect of traffic congestion Skyshuttle vehicles are licensed to use London’s bus lanes so will always have an advantage over private hire vehicles.
