One of Heathrow's newest opening early 2012 the Premier Inn Terminal 5 Heathrow offers is one of three Premier Inn hotels serving the airport. As its name implies this Premier Inn is best located for those using Terminal 5, though note it is not close to Terminal 5, you cannot walk to and from the passenger terminal. If you are using Terminals 1 and 3 the Premier Inn (Bath Road) a couple of miles east is probably a better option..

The Premier Inn Terminal 5 is on the edge of Longford Village, there are a couple of pubs about 5 minutes walk away and a McDonalds close by. A free red London bus runs every 20-30 minutes from outside the hotel and terminates in front of Terminal 5 arrivals hall.

The Premier Inn chain in the UK is generally acknowledged as one of the best quality mid-range, no frills hotels and a safe bet for accommodation.

There are some pubs within a 10-15 minute short stroll and also a McDonalds and a Chinese and Indian restaurant.

Its possible to visit Windsor using local buses. Windsor Castle is in the heart of Windsor with bus stops outside. You can get the the 75/76 or 81 buses to Slough from where you can get other buses over to the other side of the River Thames and Windsor.
